Paul brings over 27 years of experience in drilling, surface, and underground operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Certificate IV in Drilling. Paul has provided strategic technical expertise across numerous Australian projects, including key underground coal mine initiatives in NSW and QLD. Known for his technical expertise and proactive approach, he plays a critical role in technical planning and developing UIS for Cougar and its clients.
